It all Started when…

Carter Ink Films came together when Chris, Jessica and Dustin met each other in a college acting class. Chris, already having completed several featurettes that were accepted in to local film festivals, was looking to deepen his understanding of the actors process and look to cast actors in his second feature length - A zombie film that revolved around the fall of society (hey everyone was doing it and The Walking Dead was crushing to).

In 2016 the three, along with two other roommates moved to Hollywood to chase their dreams.

Three feature films, a handful of shorts and a web series later, the chase continues.

Chris has written or co-written all of the feature films thus far. In addition to writing, directing and lighting, Chris operates the camera as well. While focusing mainly on traditional horror, sci-fi horror is a genre that he has always loved and wanted to explore.

Favorite Horror Movie - The Thing - The Thing is so perfect for me, I loved the isolationsism, the camera angles of the approaching (but unseen) creature, the friction between the characters, the INCREDIBLE special effects and it has the best ending to any horror film I’ve ever seen. It’s perfect.
